Utilize strategic thinking and a high attention to detail to craft innovative, visually stunning designs to elevate content on platform
Collaborate with studios, marketers, product developers, operation specialists, show runners and executive leadership to support Editorial requirements on Peacock
Creatively support marquee titles and stunts such as Pay 1 and Day & Date film releases along with overseeing end-to-end imagery workflows for Peacock Originals
Confidently present creative documentation and provide editorial image guidance to internal and external partners
Lead A/B Testing on platform in collaboration with the Marketing Strategy team.
Serve as a mentor and coach to early career team members and foster a work environment that encourages growth, learning, and two-way communication

Managed associate designers and interns while continuing to design custom creative and optimized content for viewing on platform
Actively helped junior team members develop their KSAs within their roles
Created standardized guidelines on the delivery of assets for platform and distributed these guidelines to partners. Served as the expert for all imagery related questions
QA’d and updated 200+ unique titles monthly, including 6+ assets per film and even more for series
Helmed the creation of over 150 custom collections, hubs, and playlists yearly

Utilized image retouching and masking skills to create fun, visual content to engage viewers while they browsed platform
Oversaw the entire end-to-end process of new content acquisitions on Peacock and its impact on imagery and all system touch-points
Assisted with the overhaul of platform-wide creative including QAing and updating over 100+ unique titles monthly
Universal Pictures Home Entertainment
Graphic Designer February 2017-May 2020
Collaborated with executive-level management in creating multi-platform mock-up revisions, advertising layouts, EST/EPO, and PVOD artwork for Trolls World Tour, NBC Universal’s pioneer at-home theatrical release.
Maintained alignment with brand identity and creative standards set by NBCUniversal as well as partners including Mattel and Illumination.
Increased output efficiency by 200% by creating design templates and writing photoshop actions to expediate the design process.
Served as a member of the Professional Development Committee for NBCU’s Women’s Network as well as WNN Graphic Design Committee Co-Chair to plan and facilitate internal events, including designing advertisements delivered throughout NBCU branches nationwide

I was selected as the Artist of the Year for 2017 by the Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce in November of 2016. The Artist of the Year Award is meant to help both emerging and established local artists grow the business side of their art through opportunity, exposure, and networking.
